Peace and anti-poverty group Food Not Bombs is asking for clothes, food, volunteer cooks and money for their Hurricane Katrina relief efforts. Yes, they take Paypal. These people have been reliably doing good work for twenty-five years, have an essentially anti-statist message and really know how to stretch a dollar. Brad Spangler is sponsoring a "match" challenge at his blog.
