Electronic communications: potential new weapon

Mary Lou, your message is specially welcome today. I've been thinking of
the problem with most concepts of the 2nd ammendment. It is no longer ca. 1776 and the long rifle will no longer aid in obtaining or keeping liberty.
Patriots have no hope of ammassing the normal weapons of war like planes,
tanks etc. But we have a potential new weapon, electronic communication.
